POSITION SUMMARY

All'interno del nostro dipartimento Risorse Umane, stiamo ricercando lo specialista dell'Amministrazione del Personale (Payroll Coordinator) per la nostra fantastica oasi urbana.

RESPONSABILITA':

  • Inserimento dati delle presenze e paghe nel sistema ADP controllando i dati delle paghe e mantenendo file e registri per produrre rapporti accurati sul periodo delle paghe in conformità con gli standard della Compagnia

  • Responsabile della gestione amministrativa del personale, della corretta applicazione delle norme contrattuali e di legge e dei diversi adempimenti connessi all'intero ciclo di vita dei dipendenti

  • Interlocutore chiave per le attività relative agli aspetti amministrativi del personale

  • Assicurare qualità e tempestività dei dati per gli ambiti di competenza

  • Gestione dei rapporti con gli Enti, Consulenti e del Provider Paghe esterno (ADP One Service)

  • Aggiornamento in merito alla normativa del lavoro, previdenziale e fiscale, alla sua interpretazione e applicazione in azienda;

  • Supporto ai dipendenti relativamente a tutte le tematiche Payroll e previdenziali, benefit;

  • Gestire la sorveglianza sanitaria e supporta in tema di sicurezza sul lavoro

  • Supporta l’HR Director nell’elaborazione del budget e forecast ed assicura report mensili relativi al costo del personale

REQUISITI:

  • Laurea in materie economiche/giuridiche costituisce un titolo preferenziale;

  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in un ruolo analogo, maturata all'interno di realtà strutturate e dinamiche

  • Conoscenza ADP One Service

  • Buona conoscenza del costo del lavoro

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

  • Organizzazione, precisione, determinazione, problem solving e buone capacità relazionali.
