SENIOR CONSULTANT/ENGAGEMENT MANAGER, REAL WORLD SOLUTIONS ITALY

IQVIA Italy is searching for a new senior member for joining the Real-World Solution team.

This is a leadership position with business development responsibilities, for which exceptional technical expertise is required.

Leadership and business development activities related to Health Economics

  • Anticipate and deeply understand clients’ needs in order to develop tailored solutions and proposals

  • Collaboration with other business areas (i.e. PRMA/HTA/RWE) in order to leverage their expertise and propose integrated solutions

  • Drive internal initiatives for the advancement of innovative methodological approaches

  • Collaborate with other business areas and functions of the organization to deliver client services and support the development of new offerings

  • Contributes to the enhanced awareness of the broad IQVIA HE & RWE capabilities in the marketplace, through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.

Management of complex projects

  • Being subject expert on HE methodologies and solutions

  • Lead and oversee HE activities to ensure highest quality

  • Distil strategic insights from analytics that generate value for our clients

  • Manage projects across Health Economics business areas and the full breadth of therapeutic areas, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

  • Manages client interface and project team to achieve efficient and effective project delivery

Qualifications And Skills

  • MSc or PhD or equivalent in health economics, economics, econometrics or related discipline

  • Proven experience in health economics /HEOR research, ideally within academia, consulting or the pharmaceutical sector (relevant experience as post-graduate researcher may also be considered)

  • Experience in pharmaco-economic activities (e.g. survival analysis, markov model, cost analysis, preference studies such as MCDA, Delphi and DCE)

  • Record of published articles in indexed Journals

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Italian

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Attitude to work well as a team member and to build and manage relationships in a complex organization
