The Channel Sales Business Applications role in the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization is a sales role that is accountable for driving the sales and growth of Business Applications (CRM, ERP and PowerPlatforms) through partners within the Small Medium Business segment.

Responsibilities

Co-Sell Partnerships

  • Creates and nurtures a partner ecosystem to drive larger impact for the customer and facilitate match-making to drive opportunities on Business Applications (CRM, ERP and PowerPlatforms).

  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to establish quality partner connections and orchestrate processes to set expectations and generate trust.

  • Manages partner co-selling for Microsoft’s most strategic solution partners to drive joint pipeline and partner consumption of Business Application solutions.

  • Developes pipelines with co-sellers and engages partners and co-sellers proactively to ensure right co-sell prioritization and pipeline coverage to support Business Applications targets.

Partner Impact

  • Leverages the voice of partners and customers to identify and alleviate key customer and partner success blockers.

  • Maintains and stays up to date on Microsoft's sales compliance processes and drives sales with partners in accordance with Microsoft's compliance policies.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Several years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development experience

  • Extensive knowledge of business applications (CRM, ERP and PowerPlatforms)

  • Full proficiency (both written and verbal) in Italian AND English.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND several years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development experience

  • OR Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND several years core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development experience.
