Quando entrano nell'AC Lounge, il tuo caldo benvenuto, la tua cordialità e l'impeccabile allestimento dei tavoli creeranno un'esperienza unica. Giorno dopo giorno, il tuo obiettivo è dare a ogni ospite un'esperienza culinaria che ricorderà a lungo.

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te

• Accogliere i clienti e servire i tavoli nei tempi richiesti

• Servire cibo e bevande ai clienti, fornendo consigli se necessario

• Usare la tua conoscenza del menu per rispondere alle domande dei clienti e per accogliere le loro richieste speciali

• Assicurarsi della soddisfazione del cliente con ogni piatto e bevanda

• Pulire i tavoli, eseguire i compiti di chiusura e rifornire le stoviglie e altri articoli

• Eseguire i compiti di apertura e chiusura, compresa la preparazione dei piatti/snack del bar e di tutti gli articoli necessari per il buffet delle colazioni, la pulizia delle aree e delle attrezzature, la chiusura delle porte, ecc.

• Lavorare su turni

• Preparare e mantenere le aree di lavoro.

• Seguire le istruzioni stabilite per mantenere le aree di lavoro pulite e ordinate

• Preparare coffee station, carrelli e buffet con tutto il necessario

• Organizzare il servizio di tavoli, buffet e carrelli

• Riferire al supervisore alla fine del turno

Requisiti:

Esperienza minima di 1 anno con incarico similare.

Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese.

Professionalità, dedizione al servizio.

Flessibilità e efficienza.

Preferibile certificazione HACCP.
