Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Serves as the receptionist for the location, greeting visitors and applicants and directs them

accordingly.

 Prepares badges and safety vests for full-time and temporary staff.

 Provides visitor badges and safety vests to visitors visiting our DC.

 Maintains inventory of office supplies and orders as needed.

 Answers phones, directs calls and prepares messages appropriately.

 Communicate with staffing agencies to confirm scheduling and attendance daily.

 Reconciles temporary staff invoices to daily timecards and prepares for management approval to

submit to AP.

 Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instruction from

management.

 Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual.

 Processes outgoing mail, including FedEx and UPS.

 Maintains accurate visitor log and protocols.

 Provide customer service both internally and externally, providing assistance as needed.

 Organizes and schedules meetings/training sessions as instructed.

 Prepares meeting and training materials (hard copies, folders, etc).

 Performs clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, copying and data entry.
