Who We Are: 

Texas Pride Fuels is an experienced full-service diesel and lubricant supplier to the oil and gas industry. We specialize in on-site automated frac fueling service all over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico.

What You'll Do:

The West Texas Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator will ensure the efficient and safe distribution of fuel products to our valued customers by leveraging strong organizational skills, real-time monitoring capabilities, and effective communication with company drivers and vendors.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have sufficient experience in the efficient dispatching of commercial vehicles and the movement of product to customer locations utilizing GPS tracking technology and real-time data feeds. This will require the ideal candidate to establish strong communication with customers, enforce adherence to company safety regulations and best practices, maintain accurate records, collaborate with company drivers and related departmental staff, and identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency.

When and Where You'll Work:

This is a full time position and will work out of our Midland office/yard, day or night shift possible.
