Overview of the Position
The Ticket Runner works under the direction of the Regional Manager to provide operations support. The Ticket Runner will be responsible for the timely completion and submission for assigned sales order approvals. This individual will be responsible for meeting with customers in the field daily and will be held to the standard of representing Clements Fluids in a positive light during such interactions. The ticket runner will assist in the duties of the Customer Engagement Representatives during any time they are not actively in the field including but not limited to customer engagement, sales order/ PO execution, finance team liaising
Key Activities for Your Success
Drive to locations and obtaining ticket approval from Clements Customers
Daily submission of all sales orders once approved
Build/maintain strong customer relationships through active dialogue and professionalism
Provide after sales support
In Cooperation with Customer Engagement Representatives
Creates and maintains all service orders, PO’s, and invoicing related to customer orders.
Assist in dispatch of all 3 rd party trucking and product orders placed to the company facility.
Gather, organize, and audit all sales order documents including ticketing, POs, service orders, and approvals before submitting to the sales team for final approval.
Ensure and maintain consistency in the order processing and approval processes.
Present professional level of customer service and appearance, as well as communication (verbal and written).
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager
