Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time AP/AR-Administrative Assistant to join our team in Midland, TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate coding on invoices, monitoring internal controls.

  • Maintains Accounts Payable and Purchase Order balances.

  • Prepare and maintain reports and schedules integral to the key areas of the operation.

  • Assists in the performance of month-end close process.

  • Answer the telephone and/or greet customers, vendors, etc. in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Operate a computer workstation to input, update and retrieve data.

  • File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.

  • Performs special projects as needed.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience.

  • Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Skills Required:

  • Courteous, proactive, and well-organized professional to provide creative solutions.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.

  • Strong desire to work effectively in a team environment and learn the overall business.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
