Location: Midfield, AL 35228

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team in Midfield as a Center Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective operation of our clinic, where we provide best-in-class care to seniors.

Key Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a medical setting with strong analytical skills

  • Ability to analyze data for improvement and report to Executive leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure operational excellence

  • Analyze data to drive improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with Executive leadership to achieve organizational goals

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical functions, medical billing, reimbursement practices, and quality improvement.

  • Proven track record in developing processes for exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to leverage business knowledge across functional areas and demonstrate emotional intelligence and integrity.

  • Self-motivated with creative thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.

  • Skilled in working with diverse populations and various levels of seniority.

  • Proficiency in budgeting and fiscal management preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting.

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a regulated environment.

  • Experience with ECW strongly preferred.

  • Passion for mentorship and team development.

  • Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to implement practical solutions.

  • Proficient in PC skills.
