Job Overview

TE Connectivity's ERP Systems Teams analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test, and implement enterprise-wide systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Baan, PeopleSoft) across functional areas. They perform analysis of systems specifications and use the latest analytical/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. TE's ERP Systems Teams also develop conversion and system implementation plans, prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation, recommend development, maintenance, and system standards changes, coordinate system upgrade activity, and train user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.

This individual will be responsible for providing technology solutions to the business requirements in the SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) space by analyzing, developing/configuring, and supporting applications using the TEIS methodologies to support the organization's strategic and tactical initiatives. A strong candidate will have a solid S/4 HANA MDG suite background, including experience integrating with other applications and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements where the standard solution cannot meet them, and collaborate with development teams to implement custom solutions within existing applications/architectures.

  • Prepare program specifications and flows/diagrams and develop logic.

  • Implement technical requirements based on technical specifications/ flows/ diagrams approved by the IT leadership and business.

  • Collaborate with project lead and SME experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

  • Test, document, and conduct end-user training regarding system functionality and enhancements to ensure the system is being used correctly and meeting business needs.

  • Participate in MDG migration projects for additional MDG objects and additional organizational units.

What your background should look like:

  • Minimum five years of experience rolling out, configuring, and supporting SAP MDG applications in an IT capacity.

  • Possesses strong experience in implementing data governance workflows, BRF+, MDG process modeling, UI modeling, mass processing and consolidation, and DRF.

  • Experience in FIORI app design is preferred.

  • Experience in mass processing and consolidation is preferred.

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA MDG 9.0 or higher, Data Services systems, and SAP SD/MM/FI processes is preferred.

  • Strong SAP ABAP technical experience is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication.

  • Ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects while adhering to established project timeframes.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Education – A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience is preferred.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $94,720 - $142,080 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
