Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to to join our client’s growing team in Middletown, PA. This position will primarily focus on tactical HR functions, providing essential support to our client’s HR department.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the utility/energy industry is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Onboarding new hires, including conducting "welcome" presentations and ensuring a smooth transition
Assisting with various HR projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc.
Providing direct support to the HR Director
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related needs
Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
