SUMMARY OF THE JOB :

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and ensuring that our Salesforce platform aligns with organizational goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and enhance user experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Lead the analysis, documentation of the requirement, and working with the implementation team to deliver features that meet business requirement.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.

  • Provide training to end-users on new or updated Salesforce features.

  • Act as a point of contact for user support, addressing issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.

  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.

  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems. Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure technical feasibility.

  • Monitor and report on system performance, user adoption, and data quality.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience, including 2-3 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a collaborative environment.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator

  • Some level of Agile / Scrum training
