DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:\ Arcadis is seeking a Estimator responsible for providing and /or supervising the provision of cost estimates for a variety of projects in North America.\ \ Role accountabilities:\ * Grow independent relationships with clients and internal team. Negotiate deliverables and deadlines with clients, providing smooth and issue free deliverables.\ * Manage larger business / client processes and/or projects, setting priorities and measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results of projects.\ * Responds to, solves and makes decisions on business requests that have broader department impact. and/or moderate risk. Presents alternative solutions to business issues by leveraging the broader organization.\ * Independently prepare bottoms-up and top-down cost estimates from plans/drawings and documents. from conceptual stage to final design/construction documents.\ * Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.\ * Determine labor and equipment costs.\ * Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.\ * Review and understand all bid documents and assess project risks.\ * Independently perform scope, quantity and/or unit cost reconciliations.\ * Assist the project management staff with the management of project scope, budget, and schedule.\ * Assist with analysis, and report on the project key performance metrics.\ \ The salary range for this position is \$52,000 - \$89,700.\ \ We want you to be able to bring your best self to work every day which is why we take equality and inclusion seriously and hold ourselves to account for our actions.
