JOB REQUIREMENTS: Partner with HR and other business leads and SMEs to meet evolving business requirements and lead enhancement opportunities, gather requirements, design, develop and implement system solutions improving the employee experience; maintain up-to-date project documents for all initiatives that include technical details, user expectations, project goals, work effort, accountability, and deliverables; continually identify areas of opportunity for automation and lead internal initiatives to implement them; research issues and use independent analysis and judgment to produce solution options (including alternative solutions when necessary to address system limitations) to complex and/or controversial matters, including pros, cons, risks, benefits, costs, and unintended consequences; review system configuration and design options to make appropriate recommendations for system maintenance requests; create and maintains end user and system documentation; maintain data integrity with frequent audits and reports; transform large amounts of data into compelling visual stories to facilitate analysis and business decision-making, using data visualization tools. This is a 100% remote position. Can live anywhere in the U.S. but must work Central Standard Time business hours. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field and 7 years of related experience required.
