JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Construction Manager with a specialization in the Food and Beverage industry. Responsibilities: Lead construction administration activities for multi-discipline food & beverage construction projects ensuring compliance with the project contract and schedule. Conduct daily construction inspections within an operating food production facility Manage the flow of project communications, including submittals, RFI\'s, and supplemental instructions Uphold the highest safety standards, with a particular focus on OSHA regulations pertinent to food and beverage plant construction. Generate detailed daily construction reports, highlighting progress and any industry-specific issues encountered. Travel: This position requires frequent travel to construction sites. A valid driver\'s license is essential. Qualifications: An associate degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline plus six years of relevant experience; or a bachelor\'s degree plus four years of experience; or no degree plus eight years of experience in the food and beverage construction field. A combination of education and/or experience totaling eight years, specifically related to food and beverage plant construction. Preferred Experience: Construction management for projects valued at \$50M or greater OSHA 30 certification Proficiency in construction scheduling, tailored to the fast-paced environment of food and beverage projects. Experience processing industry-specific paperwork such as RFI\'s, change orders, and requests for payment. Skill in arranging and conducting site meetings with stakeholders.
