ETC Press Brake Set Up Operator - 2nd Shift in MIDDLETON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Representative Responsibilities: Manufactures parts to the timeframes, standards, and specifications set by the department Sets up and operates press brakes and prepares work area Follows procedures and selects tools and materials Ensures work orders are completed Maintains expected productivity output levels and completes assignments as scheduled Ensures machines are running at full capacity for each job Completes paperwork correctly, labels parts per work order and forwards the product to the next station Accounts for time and work completed via labor reporting Ensures product quality meets standards Builds parts to quality standards within specified tolerance as reflected on print Ensures proper tooling is used for the application Follows ISO procedures Uses appropriate documentation, e.g. ECRs, and NCMRs, to identify and communicate issues Completes machine maintenance in a timely manner Completes scheduled maintenance Reports all identified problems to the team leader or manager Informs team lead or manager of tooling needs Adheres to safety standards at all times Ensures that safe methods and practices are used Abides by safety procedures, work practice controls, and OSHA guidelines Wears personal protective equipment as required Identifies and reports safety issues to management Learns new tasks and procedures as needed. Listens to, understands and follows instructions while learning new assignments Recognizes unusual circumstances and asks questions when necessary Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Ensures after task is completed, floor is swept, and tools are returned to designated area.
