JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Applications Admin Position: Type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 06 months contract Location: Middleton, WI 53562 Note: * GMP Laboratory in Middleton, WI. M-F 8-5 (may vary is needed) * Responsibilities: - In accordance with documented standards and standard operating procedures o Install and configure Windows Operating System (Windows 7, 10, 11) o Configure laboratory applications o Configure and enable system backups * Schedule and execute system maintenance activities Required Skills * Prior experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows-based computers * Prior experience operating in a regulated pharma environment - Clear communication (verbally and in writing) App Admins work in small teams with Validation Analysts and other App Admins. * Typical activities include installing base computer image, participating in application installation, configuring system and application security, troubleshooting, adding and maintaining user accounts, enabling automated system backups, and documenting all actions taken. * The position focuses on software validation related to laboratory instruments. * Prior experience with Medical Device/Pharma is a huge plus REQUIRED: previous experience working in a regulated laboratory environment. Job Description: * Provides basic implementation, operational and maintenance support for enterprise applications. Maintains a stable systems environment with minimal downtime and maximum performance. For the * Labs this also includes support for analytical software and associated dedicated hardware as well as administrative support for server based laboratory applications. Essential Functions: * Troubleshoots and resolves basic application-specific support issues. * Installs and maintains enterprise and/or laboratory application software (including dedicated hardware), application code deployments and configuration changes. * Executes change requests and qualifications. * Liaises with other internal groups and vendors. Education and Experience: * Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification * Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years\') or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * General understanding of server administration and architecture (Windows Server, Linux). Ex. navigating Linux directory structures, understanding Windows services * Ability to interact with relational databases (primarily Oracle, some SQL Server).
