Description

We are in search of a dedicated Quality Control Manager to be based in Middleton, Massachusetts. This role is in the manufacturing industry and involves ensuring the quality of raw materials, equipment, and processes. The position will also involve team management, effective communication, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Quality Control systems for the organization.

• Regularly inspect raw materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.

• Lead the Quality Assurance team and foster a healthy work environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment in quality objectives.

• Regularly report on quality control and assurance metrics, providing analysis and insights.

• Adhere to and enforce regulatory standards within the manufacturing process.

• Utilize QA and QC skills to maintain the quality of our products.

• Operate CNC Machines and industrial machinery as part of quality control processes.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance management role

• Hands-on experience in CNC machining

• Familiarity with raw materials used in the manufacturing process

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems

• Understanding of the manufacturing process in a factory setting

• Proficiency in QC - Quality Control and Quality Assurance

• Knowledge of quality control procedures and their application in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory standards in a manufacturing environment

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
