What youll do
The Programme Manager has primary responsibility for the delivery of programmes of SAP Consulting Projects primarily in SAP UK and Ireland. The Programme Manager is responsible for delivering projects and programmes and supporting the Delivery Management team in driving the development and execution of business, financial and strategic objectives, and driving the maturity of the consulting practice and project managers. The Programme Manager has overall responsibility for directing project delivery to drive customer satisfaction and achievement of financial targets whilst containing risk exposure within their project and programmes of work.
EXPECTATIONS
Deal, Project and Programme engagement.
Support for pre-sales and set up of large and complex engagements or project portfolios at large accounts including strategic projects covering adoption of multiple Cloud solutions.
Managing all project based escalations and issues through to resolution, desirably in a manner where you are the escalation point and not the recipient of an escalation from senior management within your Programme
Billable resource with 80% utilization.

- Consulting Revenue
Achievement of revenue plans as set out in the budget process for our Consulting Services in the Market Unit.
- Consulting Profitability
Achievement of profitability plans as set out in the budget process for our Consulting Services in the Market Unit.
What you bring
Ability to act as a fully integrated member of the Delivery Management Team
Willingness to work in a virtual team
Capacity to lead and manage project and programmes through to completion
Acting as a role model by setting the example with the project management community in the field
Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively liaise with clients and partners at management and board level
Agile Scrum Master or Agile experience of project delivery
Experience as acting as a Program Manager for a Systems Integrator withproject management experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects/program
Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams within a formalised methodology.
Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree with several years experience in project delivery
People management experience through the delivery of projects and programmes
7- 10 years of hands-on experience in project management/delivery of end-to-end engagements
PMI certification or similar preferred
UK Government SC & DV Security Clearance Checks OR Willing to be SC & DV Cleared
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Language: English fluent, verbally and in writing
Mobility: willingness to travel (up to 100%)
Location: UK based, must be able to be onsite at UK Customers.
