A Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSR) at Brent Industries is responsible for handling customer request of all levels, predominately within the Aftermarket Powersports Industry. They will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and/or resolving customer order issues by utilizing a thorough knowledge of company policies and products.
