Join a skilled team of support for individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in a staffed agency home. The support provided is tailored to unique needs of the individuals, but the main goal is to create a fun and safe home environment, where they can grow and thrive. You will help them develop independent living skills, pursue personal interests and enhance community engagement. They also need support in maintaining not only physical but emotional wellbeing, and learning self-regulation skills. Successful candidates would be patient, excellent at boundary setting, a great team player, and have good judgement. Ability to be flexible and creative in responding to challenging behaviors desirable. Some experience in human services needed for this position, and familiarity with behavior support would be an asset. Ample support and training provided. 32.5 hours per week at \$24/hour. Tue through Sat daytime hours. Comprehensive benefit package.
