Bounce Therapy Behavior Technician in Middlebury, Vermont

Bounce ABA provides exceptional ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. At Bounce ABA, we care with heart and focus on small steps that lead to big change! We are passionate about ABA therapy and focus on maximizing each child's potential to give them a life of independence, happiness, and success.

We are currently seeking dedicated Behavior technicians to join our growing team. We are seeking a technician to provide services to a child in Middlebury, VT. Our BCBAs provide excellent training and our back office is here to support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum. Services are supervised by a BCBA

  • Collect data and record it accurately daily

  • Maintain open communication with families, BCBA, and office staff

  • Be punctual, professional, and courteous!

Requirements:

  • Access to reliable transportation

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED

  • Experience working with children with ASD preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information

  • RBT Certification a plus!
