To complement our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Integration Project Manager. You will report into the Regional Facility Manager and together with the Facility Management Team, you will work for an international customer. As an Integration Project Manager you work from home or at customer locations throughout Europe.

What are you going to do?

As an Integration Project Manager you work on several projects at the same time, but for one client. Within these projects, you work together with the customer's stakeholders, colleagues from the daily operations and our chain partners. You contribute to the construction of the services to our customer. In this role, you are responsible for onboarding new locations of the customer in various projects and integrating them into our services. The activities include drawing up a project planning and supervising and executing facility projects. You quickly get a lot of responsibility in this.

Your projects sometimes involve setting up services that transition into the daily operation. You work closely with colleagues responsible for the operation and contract management, so that the new services seamlessly connect with existing services, often also with existing suppliers. Stakeholder management is therefore a spearhead for you. In the projects you naturally steer on quality, budget, organization, information and time.

Your tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Create project schedules

  • Administration of new locations to be added

  • Preparing and supervising the hand-over of new locations

  • Create budget advice based on growth

  • Setting up SOPs

  • Integration of services for new countries

  • Location visits in EMEA

  • Contribute to monthly customer reports

What do you need to get started as an Integration Project Manager?

  • HBO work and thinking level;

  • A proven track record in Project Management and Facility Management is a must

  • Systematical, eager to learn and ambitious;

  • A team player who gets energy from working together;

  • Accurate and want to work out assignments down to the last detail;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Excellent command of the English language in word and writing.
