Concerned African Women Inc. Lead Success Coach in Miami Gardens, Florida

  • Supervises and provides direct training to the appropriate staff on key factors needed to conduct the program's tasks and services
  • Works with the Program Director to assess the development, learning patterns, and performance of each staff member
  • Monitors a small caseload of level 0 participants and assists success coaches with the most difficult, sensitive, and specialized casework services
  • Conduct at least bi-weekly supervision with success coaches including the reviewing of the success coaches' caseloads/participants' charts, referrals, progress notes, individualized care action plans (ICA), family stabilization requests, and many more
  • Assess each participant that underwent the intake process with the intake specialist
  • Assigns the level of severity (level 0/1/2) for each participant after the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) are completed by the intake specialist and success coaches
  • Reviews and assigns new cases to the success coach that is the most suitable for the case
  • Assists with the preparation of correspondence and reports
  • Monitors and reports on performance procedures and contract measure targets
  • Attends and maintains required training, certifications, and supervision to develop a strong knowledge base regarding job-related issues and trends
  • Complies with Concerned African Women's code of conduct, policies, procedures, and other obligations
  • Completes weekly reports of the services that are rendered each week
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by the agency/Program Director
