We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Palm Beach County, Florida. As a senior member of our team, you’ll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including: Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. You’ll be responsible for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements. Your communication skills will be essential in this client facing role and you'll play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering

  • Minimum of 10 years of related construction project management experience with construction building projects

  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities

  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • CCM or PMP certification
