Description

Robert Half is currently partnering with one of our esteemed clients in the Miami area, seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee their residential properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of residential properties under the management of our client. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can ensure tenant satisfaction, maximize property value, and uphold operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.

  • Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

  • Collaborate with leasing agents to ensure vacancies are filled promptly and properties are marketed effectively.

  • Implement and enforce lease agreements, including rent collection and lease renewals.

  • Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant communications.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

  • Monitor property performance and prepare regular reports for clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, fair housing laws, and property insurance requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the property management team.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in residential real estate.

  • Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
