Pacific Seafood Production Lead in Miami, Florida

Summary: 

As a Production Lead, you will manage team member production. You will be responsible for supervising the team in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan own work activities, including coordination of work activities of others

  • Monitor performance of team members within the crew

  • Assist with crew scheduling

  • Coordinate and assign duties of team members; provides team member training.

  • Ensure that production deadlines and requirements are met.

  • Keep records of production

  • Regularly perform product quality verifications.

  • Regularly perform scale inspections for accuracy

  • Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required.

  • Assist with inventory tracking (APC)

  • Make sure hygiene and safety regulations are  followed.

  • Perform other duties, as assigned

    What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

    Required

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • One year related experience and/or training

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

    Preferred

  • Forklift certification.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Basic PC knowledge 

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 

    Pay:  $17 Hourly
