Our Emerging Talent Programs, which includes Interns, Trainees, and Finance Rotational Associates, offer unique opportunities for students, recent graduates, and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. These seasonal, paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that allows you to build on your experience and develop your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities.

This Summer Internship is from May/June through August 30th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The Production and Asset Management Manager is responsible for the flow media management and operations assets for the original productions in the Latin America region and US Hispanic. Developing, establishing, building and maintaining operational processes that serve as the foundation the asset management tool and its effectiveness across all clients. Build strong relations with producers, sales planners, It teams and external vendor responsible for the quality control and the delivery of Assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports team in:

Creating links for final assets within Smartsheet for material located in final repositories. (Scenechronize, Runner, Sony Ci Media Cloud, SharePoint) Consolidate all asset lists per shows into one macro matrix. Supports with data entry within LatAm Asset and Master Repository matrix via Smartsheet to keep it up to date Flags upload, classification and file naming convention issues to team (as needed) to ensure proper clasification and archiving of final assets. Update Asset matrix for all scripted and non-scripted assets with detailed description per item. Assist in creating workflow presentation drafts for new processes as well as update any existing workflow presentations. Managing and locating assets needed for archival process where needed Confirms clearance status of all logos with the Marketing and Creative Services teams for all library and current LatAm OP titles. Generate and organize all applicable assets required for delivery into Connect System of all library and current LatAm OP titles, such as but not limited to stills, episodic photos, key arts, metadata. Organize existing Post and Assets workflows presentations created for the series within our internal repository. Data entry and inventory for Current and Library Lat Am Original Production Assets, as well as EPK Marketing Assets. Creates links and confirms final Original production EPK assets are available in the Smartsheet. Supports with data entry within LatAm Asset and Master Repository matrix via Smartsheet to keep it up to date. Preparation and basic edit of video material for Connect Sony System upload. Identify all assets with their respective scripted and non-scripted productions accordingly. Must have experience handling After Effects and Illustrator projects for enhanced asset check per project to ensure all assets are classified correctly. Knowledgeable in using Excel, PowerPoint, Prezi and Smartsheet.

o Strong ability to manage several projects, all in varying stages of the process

o Able to prioritize well and meet strict deadlines

o Flexible individual who is effective working in a team, as well as independently

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills

o Understanding and respect for different cultures

o Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus

o Good working with systems; Proficient in PPT and Excel (analysis of production data/statistics)

o Solid understanding of the production process
