Work as a Project Manager Planner with a Global Biotechnology company that produces raw materials used for molecular, chemistry, and immunoassay diagnostic testing worldwide!

Pay: 60K-75K Annually

Schedule: M-F 1 st Shift

Location: Weston, FL

Position Overview

Accountable for coordinating and organizing tasks, resources, and timelines. Facilitate collaboration between different teams, manage scheduling, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet project objectives and timelines.

Description

  • Work closely with the Product Manager and commercial team to ensure that the production schedule aligns with anticipated forecasts, providing thorough and timely updates as needed.

  • Oversee project plans, detailing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements to ensure alignment with deadlines.

  • Provide order and pricing confirmations, deliverable updates, and other necessary information via email and virtual meetings.

  • Update and organize the site production schedule along with corresponding orders in the ERP system.

  • Identify potential risks and obstacles and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact timelines, volumes, or quality.

  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure the availability of raw materials for projects, forecasting annually based on current and anticipated orders.

  • Contribute to achieving On-Time Delivery objectives for the site.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience with project management, coordination, planning, scheduling, or similar responsibilities.

  • Relevant experience within Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices or Food Production industries
