Robert Half is looking for a .NET Developer. As a .NET Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and implement features that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building elegant and efficient code. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable web applications using the .NET framework.

  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Architect and implement software solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

  • Write clean, well-designed, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase and provide timely resolutions.

  • Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies, trends, and best practices.

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4-7 years of experience in .NET development roles, with a strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.

  • Experience with .NET Core, MVC, and Web API.

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
