Insight Global National Commercial Sales Manager in Miami, Florida

Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is looking to hire a National Commercial Sales Manager. Our client is an international tile tool organization specializing in installation tools and accessories for tile, porcelain, and natural stone. The organization is growing exponentially to the USA, Peru, Spain and more. As the National Sales Manager, you will be joining a growing team of sales leaders. This position will be remote with frequent travel to target their markets (Miami, Texas, California, New York) and HQ in Brazil. Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new clients and growing each account by selling 18 different product families.

  • Assist in the future growth of the USA presence by hiring Area Managers.

  • Travel 1 week/month to existing and prospect customers

  • Sales KPIs at the national level and will be accountable for established objectives and sales goals (related to area of coverage, quantity of customers and sales amount).

  • Negotiate with large client accounts, establish new clients.

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years of prior experience in commercial industry sales (preferably within the flooring, tile or building materials industry)

* 5+ years of leadership experience

* Successful track record in an outside sales environment

* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving

* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including influencing and negotiation skills * Bachelors Degree

* Experience working with Rubi Tool, Schluter Systems, QEP, Laticrete, MAPEI, Floor & Décor, Home Depot, Lowes, Daltile, etc.

* Experience working in a retail environment null
