salary: $16 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Performs a visual inspection of quality of received goods, for example, through samples.
Checks whether received goods match the specifications on the receiving document.
Identifies incorrect or damaged deliveries, improper stacking of products/boxes, or unprocessed orders and reports it to the Operations Manager.
Splits mixed pallets.
Applies pallet stickers to pallets.
Packs, weighs, and/or labels goods and/or pallets
Loads the prepared order onto the truck.
Performs other common logistics tasks.
Informs sales about the returned goods through a return form.
Stores returned goods in the warehouse, after contacting sales.
Returns the defective items to the supplier or prepares for destruction.
Operates basic equipment and machines, such as a forklift. Performs routine tasks according to strict, detailed instructions.
