Insight Global Investment Banking Healthcare Services Director in Miami, Florida

Job Description

One of our largest Investment Banking clients is actively looking for an Associate or Director for our Miami or New York office to join their Healthcare Services team. Associates and Directors serve as critical members of the team, working directly with Managing Directors and Executive Directors as well as with Junior Bankers of all levels on pitches and engagements. Associates and Directors will be given significant responsibility for transaction execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching industry sector and capital markets insights

  • Assessing comparable companies, precedent transactions and potential investors/buyers

  • Preparing and reviewing complex financial analyses and models

  • Crafting detailed memos, presentations and pitches

  • Conducting due diligence investigations

  • Coordinating group efforts for pitch and transaction related activity

  • Presenting materials internally to senior bankers and externally to clients of the firm

  • Training and mentoring Analysts within the team

Skills and Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience working as an associate in M&A and healthcare services space

  • Strong excel skills

  • Series 63, 79 licenses and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter - 6+ years of experience working in the healthcare services M&A space as an Associate, Senior Associate, or Director

  • Dealogic, CapIQ, Bloomberg null
