Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities: 

  • Check status of pending settlements from previous days.

  • Work with BO to settle trade in Mexico, clear any possible breaks.

  • Book and manage the settlement status of all T+0 Trades.

  • Provide trades with Status of pending intraday trades.

  • Assist in processing end of day recaps.

  • Monitor VWAP orders for underperformance or over performance.

  • Liaison with BO with any booking or settlement issues.

  • Assist backoffice with margin notificaitons.

  • Handles incoming client customer service

  • Sends and saves client end of the day recaps.

  • Monitors client items for attention on Pershing

  • Processes and documents all client securities transfers by Letters of Authorizations

  • Projects as needed

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a busy, demanding environment

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Proven analytical problem-solving ability

Minimum Job Requirements: 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024 (entering penultimate year of university) 

  • Available for a June 2023 start date for an 8 – 10-week program 

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion 

  • Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills 

  • Strong sense of urgency 

  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail 

  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer  

Early Careers Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 and August 2025 (entering penultimate year of university)

Available for a June 2024 start date for an 8 – 10-week program

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
