Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Check status of pending settlements from previous days.
Work with BO to settle trade in Mexico, clear any possible breaks.
Book and manage the settlement status of all T+0 Trades.
Provide trades with Status of pending intraday trades.
Assist in processing end of day recaps.
Monitor VWAP orders for underperformance or over performance.
Liaison with BO with any booking or settlement issues.
Assist backoffice with margin notificaitons.
Handles incoming client customer service
Sends and saves client end of the day recaps.
Monitors client items for attention on Pershing
Processes and documents all client securities transfers by Letters of Authorizations
Projects as needed
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a busy, demanding environment
Ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven analytical problem-solving ability
Minimum Job Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024 (entering penultimate year of university)
Available for a June 2023 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency
Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Early Careers Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 and August 2025 (entering penultimate year of university)
Available for a June 2024 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
