Distributor Account Manager establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and strategies for Brazil; projecting expected sales volume and profit for all products and services from the Kodak Alaris' Document Management portfolio. The person is responsible for maintaining national sales managing the local Channels Tier 1 and supporting the Tier 2 with in collaboration with our Distributors, Driven results by and Country sales growth
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains and increases Document management products and services (ASP's development) sales in Brazil
Reaches the targets and goals defined for Brazil
Reports forecast, Channel development and large projects opportunities to the senior managers each month using CRM, PRM tools.
Establishes, maintains and expands channel and customer base
Increases business opportunities through various routes to the market
Develops sales strategies and setting targets for each partner and Product manager if applicable
Recruit and onboard potential new partners (Tier 2)
Monitors partners performance and motivates them to reach targets
Deals with major End customer Key accounts as a support for our Partners in the Business Development
Keeps up to date with products and competitors
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS:
Marketing, Business Administration or Systems Administration Degree. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in a Channel management position and a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in LATAM with a specific minimum 3 year experience managing partners in Brazil
Successful sales track of overachieving sales objectives.
Experience leading sales strategies for a technology manufacturing firm.
Experience managing distribution channels (Tier 1) and supporting Partners (Tier 2)
Experience in the Document Management or Enterprise Content Management Industry is a plus (Scanners or Capture solutions)
- Portuguese and Spanish fluency (advanced level) * Mandatory ** (English is desirable and consider a plus)
- Free to travel to Brazil twice a month and other countries if needed
KNOWLEDGE (General and Technical), SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Required/Desired)
Formal training at any B2B sales methodologies. Advance negotiation skills and methodologies.
Coaching skills is a plus. Strong analytical profile.
Any industry certification is a plus (CDIA+, AIIM's ECM, BPM or any practitioner certification).
P&L Analysis knowledge. Advance Microsoft Excel is desired.
Deep knowledge as CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Sugar, Siebel, etc.) tools user is a must.
Strong abilities to build consensus and teamwork.
Strong communication skills, formal PR training is a plus
