Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join one of our clients located in the vibrant Miami area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed to appropriate channels.

  • Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
