Clinical Research Manager

Locations: This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office) 1-2 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Open Access Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10 am - 6:30 pm EST.

The Clinical Research Manager is responsible for implementing strategic plans and objectives for complex Clinical Research initiatives that may cross-departmental, divisional, or health plan lines.

How you will make an Impact:

  • Leads projects.

  • Provides technical oversight, problem identification and resolution, and identification of information needs and technologies.

  • Ensures regulatory and/or accreditation compliance as applicable, Manages collaborative teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.

  • Secures or coordinates the resources (people, material, data, and support) for staff to effectively accomplish operational needs and strategic initiatives.

  • May represent the department on committees, task forces, and work groups.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS in business, public health, nursing, epidemiology biostatistics, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of direct healthcare experience involving analyses of healthcare data or healthcare products; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, Project Plan, and PowerPoint is preferred.

  • HEDIS and STARS experience is a plus.

  • Experience with data analysis and informatics preferred.

  • Program management experience preferred.

  • Experience with Policy Writing/Research preferred.

  • Master's prepared in public health, health services administration, nursing, or business administration preferred.
