Elior North America Catering Sales Manager in Miami, Florida

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic catering sales manager to our Off Premise Catering team in Miami, FL. As a catering sales manager, you will have the opportunity to work independently to sell and produce events for a variety of luxury market segments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with established event locations, and identifying potential new locations.

  • Responding to and acting on client questions and needs, including menu selections, logistics, and equipment acquisition.

  • Developing new client relationships and building on outreach opportunities.

  • Following up with clients after events to receive feedback.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • At least two years’ experience in event planning, sales, or event management.

  • At least one years’ experience in hospitality or catering.

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • College education in a relevant field
