We are looking for talented Program Manager for Amazon Marketplace to support on several areas of the business, such as Operations, Fulfillment, Seller Experience and Seller Performance. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices.

The Program Manager will be the key link between the Seller Support organization and business teams in Brazil. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible to surface Trustbusters and drive solutions by building collaborative relationships with various business and program teams. The Program Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to drive strategic operational initiatives that will have positive impact on our Sellers. He/She will review performance on key performance metrics, facilitate programmatic input and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives.

The key responsibilities for these roles include:

  • Identify gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements with local and global teams.

  • Identify and analyze data on weekly, monthly and quarterly to isolate issues and collaborate with different Program and Product owners to determine long-term solutions

  • Track progress of different initiatives and move quickly to get stakeholder help to manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.

  • Serves as the primary escalation point for both the local leadership teams and Program Managers on all topics related to the project.

  • Drive adoption of internal mechanisms and performance metrics

  • Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.

  • Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.

  • Incorporate benchmarks from local competitors as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to incorporate locally

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • 2+ years of working cross functionally with non-tech teams experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
