Brown-Forman Organizational Performance and Learning Business Partner - LAR in Mexico City, Mexico

Meaningful Work From Day One:

In this role, you will be the primary resource on organizational performance and learning to your assigned part of the business. In partnership with HR and business leaders, you will create an agenda to drive

business capabilities forward and support near-term organizational performance.

What You Can Expect:

  • Acts as an embedded partner to HR business partners and the organizations they support.

  • Leverages analysis and consultative skills to assess organizational performance and diagnose learning needs specific to assigned part of the business.

  • Sets plans based on analysis and insights at a regional level and uses this information to form effective plans based on guidance and support from regional HR and business teams. Develops plans into action steps that lead to high individual and organizational performance.

  • Acquires or develops content to meet the needs of the business. At times, will partner on amplifying enterprise programs.

  • Primary resource on organizational and individual performance strategies and tactics (performance coaching, measurement, feedback, and execution of the PGP process).

  • Partners with HR business partners on change management and leader/team interventions, as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of experience as a senior individual contributor experience as an HR business partner or business-embedded organizational performance and learning expert; over 2 years in a large market or multi-market region.

  • Professional work experience as part of a multi-function HR organization to develop and execute plans for employee performance and growth with minimal oversight.

  • ontent development, curation, and adaptation in a corporate setting; adult learning expertise.

  • Ability to convey accurate and appropriate information to multifunctional and multicultural teams to gain support and resources. Can adapt style to support employees at all levels in large commercial teams across markets.

  • Performance coaching experience for individuals and teams.

  • Strong organization skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Excellent collaboration, relationship, communication, coaching and influencing skills.

  • Strong computer skills with current, or ability to quickly build, proficiency of Google G Suite [Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and other software, as needed.

  • Ability to flex work schedule to collaborate with global business partners.

  • Ability to travel as needed to support the business (less than 20% travel expected)
