Description

The Global Operation Learning & Development (GOLD) Team is looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner who will be responsible for management of innovative and scalable development programs for the Mexico leadership population within Customer Fulfillment, Amazon Logistics, Transportation and Corp Operations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Execute, measure, facilitate and improve/simplify leadership programs in multiple business lines.

  • Develop processes to ensure effective delivery of global training programs for leaders in Mexico.

  • Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.

  • Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network.

  • Collaborate with your internal peers and stakeholders to develop standardization, where applicable, across multiple programs.

  • Create innovative training solutions that are utilized across multiple leadership levels.

  • Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.

  • Work strategically with country and regional L&D and operations leaders to identify innovative learning solutions to localize training programs.

  • Drive adherence to standard learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement.

  • Proven ability to be flexible and prioritize program development and management based on business necessities.

A day in the life

Reporting into the GOLD Leader for LATAM, you will work to develop, integrate and drive leadership programs that support onboarding and leadership capabilities of the learning journey for leaders. Your programs will support the development of leaders, whilst remaining focused on driving performance and capability improvements to support the growth of the network and our mission to be earths most customer centric company.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Mexico City, DIF, MEX

Basic Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree.

  • 2+ years of experience planning and coordinating training sessions, meetings, or events.

  • Experience developing and implementing goals and strategies based on broader organization goals.

  • Experience interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, organizational skills and program and project management.

  • Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in global environment.

  • Proven ability to execute, manage, and improve programs and projects.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines.

  • Understanding of industry learning trends and future learning programs to help drive innovation.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and implement blended learning solutions.

  • Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority.
