  • Track the inbound battery orders and document order details in work spreadsheets.

  • Initiate warranty claims for batteries ordered.

  • Resolve issues with orders (timing and shipment status).

  • Provide support to the FCSD EV team on various projects.

  • Problem solving through innovative solutions with new processes.

  • Project management activities.

Experience & Background Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite (strong Excel skills)

  • Willingness to learn new EV service processes

  • General understanding of Dealership Retail Network Operations

  • Previous experience in Customer Service Division preferred but not mandatory

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve

  • Strong process background

  • Strong administrative skills
