Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of website projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of website development processes and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals, objectives, and milestones are met.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and QA testers, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.

  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement necessary mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

  • Ensure adherence to website development best practices, quality standards, and industry trends.

  • Coordinate website content creation, migration, testing and optimization efforts.

  • Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements for future projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role, managing website projects from initiation to completion.

  • Strong understanding of website development processes, component-based website builds, technologies, and best practices.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, experience using Asana is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI concepts, and accessibility standards.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • 3-5 years of enterprise or agency experience preferred

  • Agile experience is required. Agile certifications are a plus.

  • Agency experience is a MUST

  • Fluency in English is required.
