Stryker Capital Investment Projects Manager (Hybrid) in Mexico City, Mexico

What You Will Do

  • Lead the establishment of Stryker's Capital Investment Unit, overseeing a new business area.

  • Achieve significant negotiations with key clients, including construction firms, architects, integrators, and major project execution groups, ensuring comprehensive inclusion of various Stryker products.

  • Develop and manage a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to define program scope.

  • Create and maintain the program Gantt chart, analyzing critical paths and optimizing the schedule.

  • Collaborate on the program budget, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to financial plans.

  • Formulate program Quality Plans, actively monitoring and maintaining quality standards.

  • Develop a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying and addressing project risks.

  • Build stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment with business leaders.

What You Will Need

  • Previous experience in similar positions.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Advanced English skills required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Previous experience with capital investment negotiations
