Responsibilities

Brand Project Manager We are seeking a highly organized and creative Branding Project Manager to join our team. As a Branding Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and executing branding projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure that branding initiatives align with the company's vision, values, and objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building and enhancing brand identity. Project Execution/Implementation

  • Lead and manage branding projects, including but not limited to brand development, brand implementation, from initiation to completion

  • Collaborate with corporate internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines and budget requirements

  • Lead the development of project plans, including task lists, milestones and dependencies, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and expectations. Ensure project plans are up-to-date at all times.

  • Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle

  • Manage project resources, including internal team members, external agencies, and vendors, to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables

  • Oversee the development and execution of brand guidelines, including brand messaging, visual identity, and brand standards, to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

  • Collaborate with design teams to create and refine brand assets, such as logos, typography, color palettes, and visual elements, that effectively represent the brand's essence

  • Support large and small scale corporate branding and creative efforts, shepherding all aspects of projects from start to completion

  • Ensure proper use of Eastman brand, trademarks and logos•

  • Manage project budgets to ensure that estimated and/or approved budgets are not exceeded, and that execution is as cost-efficient as possible

  • Review project and budget status with team regularly; adjust actions as needed

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven experience as a project manager in branding or related fields with a track record of successfully delivering branding projects on time and within budget

  • Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on brand development, brand positioning, and brand identity

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure that the projects deliver on time

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive projects forward effectively, while growing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail

  • Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage ambiguity effectively

  • Ability to effectively communicate and help drive change management forward

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field preferred

  • 3-5 years of enterprise or agency experience preferred

  • Agile experience is required. Agile certifications are a plus.

  • Agency experience is a plus

  • Fluency in English is required.
