Eaton’s EPG LAC PD Power Distribution division is currently seeking a Almacenista.

What you’ll do:

Job Summary

Recibo y cotejo de documentos sobre arribos y programación de entregas, captura y archivo de facturas, pedimentos y listas de surtido.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Recibir y cotejar documentos de la mercancía que arribara al almacén.

  2. Surtido, embalaje, documentación y coordinación de entrega a clientes.

  3. Monitorear entregas y obtener evidencia con firma de cliente para su facturación.

  4. Apoyar en la programación y ejecución de conteos cíclicos.

  5. Apoyo en inventario físico.

  6. Registrar, documentar, acomodar y entrega de garantías.

  7. Coordinar y documentar la entrega, así como los registros de alta y baja en sistema.

  8. Elaborar Reportes diversos sobre arribos, entregas, desviaciones y resultados.

  9. Inspección minuciosa de montacargas de acuerdo con el check list de revisión y reportar cualquier anomalía que se encontrara.

  10. Aplicación del sistema 5’s.

  11. Apoyo en los tiempos extras cuando así sea requerido.

  12. Cumplir con las diferentes actividades asignadas por su supervisor o algún requerimiento especial de la compañía.

  13. Participación en programas y comités.

  14. Apoyar al cumplimiento del Eaton Business System (EBS), sus cimientos, Planeación, Crecimiento, Excelencia Funcional, Evaluación y Aprendizaje, mayormente en Eaton Business Excellence (EBE); ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 y sus herramientas (tales como: Eaton Quality System (EQS), Eaton Lean System and Six Sigma-ELS, HR Operating Review and Employee Survey.

  15. Conocer y cumplir las políticas: Ética Global, Valores y Filosofía, Medio Ambiente Salud y Seguridad (MESH).

  16. Apoyar a MESH para el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos relacionados a medio ambiente y seguridad.

  17. Reportar cualquier acto o condición insegura.

Qualifications:

Education level required

• Preparatoria concluida (requerido) con carrera técnica (deseable).

Years and area of experience required

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en operaciones de almacén o en puesto similar.

Technical knowledge

• Experiencia y conocimiento comprobable en manejo de montacargas.

• Conocimiento básico en Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Conocimiento básico de SAP, AS400, Power Link o algún software de inventarios y almacén.

• Control y manejo de documentos.

• Recibo y entrega de materiales importados.

• Registro de transacciones de inventario.

• Toma de inventarios y conteos cíclicos.

• Conocimiento básico en manejo de residuos peligrosos.
