Hilton Accounts Payable Analyst - Mexico City, Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico

Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, and tax.

What will I be doing?

As Accounts Payable Analyst, you would manage and perform all Accounts Payable operations of our Mexico and Caribbean Managed hotels in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain accurate control environments. Specifically, you would perform the following duties:

  • Record Accounts Payable transactions to any Hotel’s stakeholder, including suppliers, Government Agencies, Ownership Groups
  • Ensure Accounts Payable transactions are complying with local regulations
  • Ensure invoices are correctly recorded
  • Manage Hilton Suppliers’ Portal
  • Review and control batches for payments
  • Train Hotel teams Accounts Payable processes and Hilton Suppliers’ Portal
  • Reporting to Accounts Payable Supervisor

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • 6 months minimum of related experience, including internships (Example: Accounting, Bookkeeping)
  • Work a hybrid office schedule based in our office in Mexico City, Mexico a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • You are proficient in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
