Job Description

Provide support on new products and process introduction for wafer probe at Mxli , support Process map flow and recipe creation, looking for yield and process improvment.

Requirement

Education: Bachelor's degree (Electronic engineering, Mechatronic or similar)

Minimum 5 Years’ experience in the position or similar

English (written/spoken – 95%)

Responsibilities

Introduction of new product/process to production line

Map Flow process

Merge process Support

Recipe creation & support

Presentation of TRB

Yield improvement reducing scrap defects.

FMEA Creation, process documentation

Skills/Experience

Good communication skills, handle multiple project at the same time, team work

Analytical thinking and problem solving

Statistical data analysis

Microsoft office, Exensio, JMP or any other software for data analysis
