Join our team as “Development Engineer” based in Meudon, France.

The role is within the “Emulation division”, the team is responsible for developing and maintaining software, device drivers, PCIe endpoints and switches configurations.

The team works in close cooperation with multiple other teams to provide global solutions or support.

Your new area of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented

  • Develop software solutions for new products and next generation tools.

  • Maintain and debug complex issues for existing products.

  • Research with persistence for new methods to create solutions for challenging issues.

  • Create regression suites for testing developed tools.

  • Be ready to provide support for application engineers remotely.

  • Communicate, discuss and cooperate with other teams.

  • Have passion for technology and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ambition to continuously strive to improve self and own work.

  • Capability to work on multiple issues at the same time.

  • Your qualifications - solid and adequate

Requirements:

  • BSc. or MS in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • C++ and C development experience in a Linux OS platform.

  • Device driver development on Linux OS systems.

  • Shell scripting and/or perl scripting.

  • Team working ability with excellent cooperation and communication skills.

  • Basic electronic knowledge.

Experience in the following fields will be a plus.

  • PCI Express protocol knowledge.

  • Linux management.

  • Verilog and/or HDML knowledge.

  • Ability to independently understand complex problems and devise efficient, robust solutions.
