**[Summary of Job Function [Responsible for ensuring daily production goals are filled efficiently and effectively producing quality and quantity finished product in a safe, fast paced and goal oriented environment.

  • Perform any assembly type functions and pack customer orders utilizing various equipment and machinery.
  • Load and unload product onto various machinery.
  • Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
  • Assembles material to produce assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
  • Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
  • Pack finished product into correct packages.
  • Notify Team Leader or Supervisor of any issues, including mechanical and material issues.
  • Keep the work environment safe and clean at all times.
  • All Team Members are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as required.

  • Ability to use power hand tools/or precision measurement equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to follow oral and written work instructions .
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled area (where applicable).
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary business-related information to which entrusted.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required.

  • High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
