**[Summary of Job Function [Responsible for ensuring daily production goals are filled efficiently and effectively producing quality and quantity finished product in a safe, fast paced and goal oriented environment.

- Perform any assembly type functions and pack customer orders utilizing various equipment and machinery.
- Load and unload product onto various machinery.
- Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
- Assembles material to produce assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Pack finished product into correct packages.
- Notify Team Leader or Supervisor of any issues, including mechanical and material issues.
- Keep the work environment safe and clean at all times.
- All Team Members are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
- Performs other duties and assignments as required.

- Ability to use power hand tools/or precision measurement equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis.
- Ability to follow oral and written work instructions .
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled area (where applicable).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary business-related information to which entrusted.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required.

- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Automotive or Automotive Component Manufacturing (Preferred)
